Pineapple Fizz

I should call this drink the “Six-Mile Hike”.  While taking a little mini-vacation down in the Hocking Hills area, the boyfriend and I decided to go on a nice little hike around 4:30pm.  Well, we’ll blame the maps, but that little hike turned into six long miles with the sun going down a little more with every step.  It’s cool, we made it back OK.  Thankfully, we returned to the cabin to create these delicious libations:

Thank you Trader Joe’s for making them happen.  Thank you to Chris’ old Realtor for sending a lottery ticket in the mail in which he won $25.  The $25 bought the bottle of Smirnoff Pineapple Vodka and thankfully TJ’s had some awesome organic fruit juice.  Seriously, these are delicious.

Pineapple Fizz

1 part Smirnoff Pineapple Vodka
1 part Trader Joe’s Organic Orange Banana Strawberry Juice
Top off with club soda, just enough to sparkle

Pour together in that order.  Amounts can be adjusted, still for a delicious result.
