Easy Ribs

Like, really easy.  Like, they’re all done when you wake up, easy.

This recipe is for 6 pounds of ribs, which feeds a small tailgate party if no one eats three plates of them.

6 lbs ribs
2 medium onions – chopped
2 20-oz bottles of your favorite BBQ or rib sauce
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Place BBQ sauce, onions, and salt and pepper in large crock pot.  Chop up ribs into individual serving sections (we did 2-3 ribs) and place into crockpot.  Stir, to coat ribs in sauce mixture.   Turn on to High setting for two hours, stirring up ribs after first hour.  Then set to low 10-hour setting.

You can’t stir them again because they’re falling off of the bone!  Enjoy!
